Born and raised in Florida, Marco is a dedicated Dental Practice Manager with a strong passion for dentistry and a proven track record of business growth and operational success. Proud of his Italian heritage, he brings warmth, professionalism, and a people-first philosophy to everything he does.


Family is at the heart of Marco’s life. He deeply cherishes time spent with his wife, Hailey, their children, and loved ones. These values help shape the welcoming and supportive environment he fosters for both patients and team members at Signature Smiles of St. Pete.


With a commitment to excellence, leadership, and continuous improvement, Marco plays an integral role in the practice’s continued growth and success. Andrea Natera RDH - Registered Dental Hygienist 


Andrea Natera is a dedicated registered dental hygienist with a background in dentistry. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, she graduated from Dental School at the University of Santa Maria in 2010 and embarked on her dental career in the United States in 2011. After moving to St Petersburg, Florida, in 2014, Andrea became a licensed hygienist in 2020.


With a lifelong passion for the dental industry, Andrea has a history of giving back, from working in rural areas in Venezuela during dental school to currently serving at the St. Petersburg free clinic. As a hygienist at Signature Smiles of St. Pete, Andrea balances her professional life with the joys of family, residing with her wonderful husband and 2 daughters in the downtown St. Pete area.

Sharon Castricone RDH

Registered Dental Hygienist 


Sharon Casticone, RDH, is a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist with 19 years of clinical experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from St. Petersburg College in 2007 and has been committed to helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles ever since.


Born in Ohio and a Florida resident since 1995, Sharon blends her Midwestern roots with her love for the Sunshine State. She is known for her gentle touch, attention to detail, and ability to make patients feel comfortable and cared for during every visit.


Outside the office, Sharon has been happily married for 20 years and enjoys creating custom jewelry and riding motorcycles. Her warm personality and passion for dentistry make her a valued member of the Signature Smiles team.

Jasmine, EFDA - Expanded Function Dental Assistant


A Florida native and proud graduate of Ultimate Medical Academy (2016), Jasmine brings both clinical precision and compassionate care to every patient interaction. As an Expanded Function Dental Assistant, she plays a key role in delivering efficient, high-quality treatment while ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their visit. With years of hands-on experience, Jasmine is known for her strong attention to detail, leadership in the clinical setting, and unwavering commitment to excellence in dentistry. Patient care is not just a priority, it is her standard.


She believes dentistry should be both professional and personable, creating an environment where patients feel at ease and genuinely cared for.


Outside of the office, Jasmine enjoys spending time at the beach, being with her family, and continuing to grow in the field she’s passionate about.
